Social inclusion
world social justice day
It’s world social justice day. Behind social justice, there is a vision of a shared future: a society for all, in which every individual has the rights and freedoms we all deserve.
‘We advance social justice when we remove barriers that people face because of gender, age, race, ethnicity, religion, culture and disability’ (United Nations).
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION training
Digital learning can help remove these barriers with diversity and inclusion training. We strive to prioritise diversity and inclusion, not only amongst our team, but in the digital learning we create for our global clients
As learning and content designers, we craft stories without bias, by maintaining an inclusive mindset and carefully selecting the right narrative, imagery, and audio in our designs that reflect our society.
If your company is thinking about becoming more diverse and inclusive, digital learning is one way to challenge ways of thinking and embed a more inclusive culture.
Take a step towards becoming a wholly inclusive organisation
CLIMATE CHANGE
For a vision of a shared future in which future generations can live without the repercussions of climate change, we work with companies to provide digital environmental training. Once a mutual understanding of the climate crisis has been reached, we can all work together to undo the mess.
Environmental training will be imperative to reaching set targets. People’s mindsets around sustainability are changing and, as learning providers, we are there to reinforce this. Education around climate change promotes social inclusion, as people of varied backgrounds feel empowered to contribute to debate, inside and outside of work.
